SHADES OF PINK EXHIBITION 2010
Launch Event, 13 May, Fri, 7-10pm; Exhibition Date: 13-22 May
Six photographers - all ranging in different genres and experience - are giving their time to create awareness for the Breast Cancer Foundation. All exhibited photos will be ‘pink’ in theme.
The photo exhibition will open with a Launch Event on the evening of 13 May 2010. Tickets are priced at $150 per couple or $85 per person. Public can view and buy the Special Collection on display at MonsoonAsia Gallery, Emily Hill from 13-22 May.
Proceeds from the ticket sales to Launch Event and percentage from sale of the Special Collection will be donated to BCF.

"LOVE CUTS" Charity Premiere

Clover Films, producer of LOVE CUTS, is organising a charity premiere for the movie to raise funds for the breast cancer cause.
The LOVE CUTS Charity Premiere will be be graced by prominent women in business, politics and the community as well as breast cancer survivors and lead actress, MediaCorp artiste Zoe Tay.

Wear the Pink Ribbon 2010
1st September – 31st October
The pink ribbon is the international symbol representing awareness and hope for women with breast cancer.
Each year, BCF will produce a specially designed pink ribbon for sale to the public. Besides raising awareness of breast cancer, the act of wearing the pin is an affirmation of the community’s support to our cause.
The pink ribbons are available for a minimum donation of $2 each and $5 each for the pin with a crystal solitaire. You can get these pins at 400 distribution points island-wide across Singapore, such as supermarkets, beauty and health stores, food and beverage outlets, shopping malls etc.
This is a simple yet meaningful gesture to champion an issue of importance to women. Encourage your family, friends, colleagues and staff to wear the pin and help us spread the breast cancer awareness message.
Look out for BCF staff and volunteers who will be going across town and major shopping areas to spot anyone wearing the pin. Those lucky ones will have their names entered into the Grand Lucky Draw and stand to win some attractive prizes.

Keeping Abreast of Breast Cancer @ Science Centre
