The past few months had been exceptionally eventful ones for the Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF), especially with a slew of activities that were held in conjunction with the national Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) campaign to highlight the importance of breast cancer screening and early detection.

What a rousing start to the year 2009! Given the difficult economic situation that the world is mired in, the Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF) has managed to host and participate in a wide variety of activities that touched the lives of many as well as provide meaningful distraction and of course a healthy dose of fun to BCF members as well as its friends and supporters.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) 2008 was launched in October, with a comprehensive array of activities that educated the public of the disease in many innovative ways.
