1. FULL-TIME: DESIGN & CONTENT EXECUTIVE

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Advocacy & Communications (A&C) team member, you are responsible for:

(a) Design and Content Creation

  • Write & respond to briefs & develop concepts across branding, campaigns, design & video.
  • Plan, solicit inputs, script & storyboard media content.
  • Manage social media calendar, identify trends & public feedback.
  • Manage & moderate social activity for engagement
  • Provide Art direction & support in concepts for Social Media content, handles & tags.
  • Own turnkey projects from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, on-budget & on-brand.
  • Design KVs & digital assets for campaigns across various channels (paid, owned & earned media e.g.  social media, microsites, print, animations, video content, online ads, on-ground activation & onsite branding).
  • Do / Support copywriting for online & offline materials.

(b) Project Management & Coordination

  • Research new platforms, partners & vendors for collaborations & advocacy.
  • Work with colleagues to for inter-dept communications support.
  • Evaluate design & content against objectives & propose recommendations.
  • Manage vendors / partners, branding & style guide, QC, timelines & budgets.
  • Measure & report results for test-&-learn, optimization etc.

(c) Innovation & Growth

  • Drive online & offline growth with social media, content & other online methods.
  • Stay updated with social media landscape, new players & industry trends.
  • Apply new technologies into creative proposals.
  • Explore generative AI, content publishing & distribution outlets.

(d) Others

  • Support A&C team’s brand custodianship to approve use of BCF’s branding.
  • Conduct breast cancer awareness talks to corporations & community groups as necessary.
  • Perform other support duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary education in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, Marketing or related OR
  • Min. 3 years in graphic design, media, content creation (Social Media).
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite incl. Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
  • Familiar with video editing e.g. Sony Vegas Pro, Capcut, Lumion, Premiere Pro, Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography & branding
  • Proven record of successful executing campaigns in media, digital & social natives.
  • Understanding of SEO & SEM, digital & social best practices.
  • Prev. experience in healthcare / non-profit sector a plus.
  • Public speaking, well-versed in any language other than English is an advantage.

2. FULL-TIME: FUNDRAISING & PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Fundraising & Partnerships team member, you are responsible for:

  • Work with Head of F&P & the team to develop & execute comprehensive fundraising plans, by supporting project/event management.
  • Assist in preparation & logistics planning for key fundraising projects.
  • Supporting administrative detailing of donations.
  • Working with external stakeholders & partners to coordinate & direct their support, interest, & involvement for relevant fundraising events.
  • Assist in cultivating & maintaining relationships with existing donors, ensuring effective communication & stewardship, whilst engaging with new potential donors to expand our footprint.
  • Assist in Identifying & establishing strategic partnerships with corporations, NGOs, & other community organisations.

KEY INTERFACES

  • Internal: General Manager, Advocacy & Communications Team, Fundraising & Partnership Team, Programmes & Services Team.
  • External: Beneficiaries, Corporate Partners, & individual members of the public.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree/diploma in relevant field / equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team.
  • Passionate about making a difference in the nonprofit sector.
