Volunteers provide key services to BCF. One of the ways to improve volunteer and member engagement, both with BCF and within their groups, is for BCF to host annual outings where they get together to share their experiences and enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere.

River Safari at Mandai was the venue for the 2015 annual outing. A total of 48 volunteers, members, and staff met up at Bishan where a bus was arranged to transport everyone to the venue. We enjoyed a boat ride on the lake and ended the excursion with dinner at the restaurant.

BCF’s Annual Outing 2014 took place at Gardens by the Bay on 21 June 2014, Saturday. It saw a gathering of our staff and more than 30 members enjoying a sumptuous morning picnic at the Supertree Grove. Many were captivated by the beautiful blooms and flora arrangements in both Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.
