Mid-day Talk: ‘Neurobics’

As we physically exercise to maintain healthy bodies, Neurobics is an ‘exercise’ for the brain, comprising activities or mental tasks to keep the brain healthy. Specifically, the talk will focus on brain power, emotional intelligence and the subliminal mind and how Neurobics can enhance and maximise the potential of our brain holistically.

Guest Speaker: Mr Abdul Raoof

Mr Abdul Raoof is a seasoned corporate trainer and a motivational speaker on Neurobics. He is an appointed Guest Professor of Management by Zhejiang Technical Institute of Economics (Hangzhou, China) and majored in Marketing and Business from the University of Wales (Cardiff, UK) with a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology (University of Griffith, Australia) and Finance (UCD, Dublin). He is also a Chartered Marketer endorsed by the Charted Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK) and an ACTA certified trainer.
