New Class! Tahitian Dance
(Every Thursday from 5.00PM to 6.00PM, First Class on 21 March)
Hailing from the Polynesian island of Tahiti, the dance “Ori Tahiti” will soon have you sensually swaying your hips to the drum beats called “Ote”. If you were inspired by Moana, this workout will be your cup of tea. It’s not only fun and easy, it is a great cardio workout that can help strengthen your core abs, legs and gluteus area.

Rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul through our new therapy programme, Sound Stretch. Led by instructor Jasz, Sound aims to help participants increase their physical flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, leading to an enhanced sense of overall wellness and improved sleep.
New Class! Bollywood Cardio
(Every Friday from 12:30PM to 1:30PM. First Class on 22 March)
This energetic dance fitness programme combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from Bollywood. The workout will alternate between higher and lower intensity dance sequences which will strengthen and improve your coordination skills and balance.
New Class! Belly Dance
(Every Friday from 2:00PM to 3:00PM. First Class on 22 March)
An expressive artform with Arabic roots, Belly Dance is ideal for all woman regardless of age or shape. With an emphasis on complex torso movement, this workout will help strengthen your muscles, improves your balance and blood circulation while making you feel more feminine, graceful and supple.
KpopX Fitness+Masala Bhangra Workout
(Every Wednesday from 2.30PM to 3.30PM, First Class on 20 February)
Double your fun and break into this new workout led by our dedicated instructors Angel, Brenda and Rain. Designed for all fitness levels, the one-hour fitness class combines dance movements with KPOP and Bollywood music, designed for participants of all fitness levels.
