Dr Chinnu Palanivelu is the Managing Partner of Stamford Assurance PAC, with over 20 years of experience in audit and accounting. He is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) of ICAEW, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA Singapore) of ISCA, a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) of ACCA UK, a CPA of CPA Australia, and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Dr Palanivelu holds a Doctorate Degree in Finance and Tax, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He serves on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations, including *SCAPE, MOE’s Compulsory Education Board, and the COMPASS Advisory Committee. He is also an adjunct lecturer at James Cook University and a technical facilitator for audit and accounting of non-profit and charities at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant (ISCA). Dr Palanivelu is a member of the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee at the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC).
