Ms Foo Soon Yien is one of the founding members of BR Law Corporation and is an experience litigator of 33 years standing. She had acted as counsel in wide range of contentious corporate, commercial, property, family, probate, estate, and trust litigation work. Her legal work includes acting and advising clubs and organisations both social and / or charitable on disputes in relation to holding of extra ordinary general meetings, general meetings, breach of fiduciary duties, duties of disclosure, conflict of interest, defamation claims involving committee members and members. Since Ms Foo joined the Breast Cancer Foundation (“BCF”) on 7 September 2022, she has attended committee and sub-committee meetings to give her legal and other input, advised on legal issues and assisted in drafting of various legal documents. She has also participated in various events of BCF to understand and better support BCF’s causes.
