At The Landing Point, the Pink Expressions Afternoon Tea showcases exquisite ingredients from land and sea – poached Boston lobster topped with Nomad caviar, seared sumac-crusted tuna with ikura, and more. For dessert, delicate fruity notes shine in creations such as vanilla chiffon with strawberry jelly and lavender crème and lychee mousse and rose compote financier. Guests can enjoy the experience with live piano music daily.
