Elegantly presented on three tiers, the Pink Traditional Afternoon Tea at The Courtyard comprises a blend of savoury and sweet — from spiced tiger prawn with avocado and compressed watermelon, to orange and lavender madeleine with edible blossoms. Handcrafted daily, the assortment is accompanied with freshly baked scones, clotted cream, and jam, and paired with a premium beverage selection from TWG Tea and Bacha Coffee. From Thursday to Sunday, live harp performances lend an extra note of elegance to the occasion.

S$5 nett from the proceeds of each adult-priced set will be donated to BCF. Guests are also encouraged to show their support — those who come dressed in pink will receive a complimentary glass of Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Organic Lyserod, an alcohol-free alternative to rosé.
